Treadmill arrived a few days ago, delivery guys happy to bring down stairs, huge thanks to them, have left review on trust pilot of them. Comes in tough cardboard, which I’m keeping for now in case of any issues, and takes 2 to unpack. I sent some questions before buying through amazon regards size and motor/motor warranty, quick responses and Peter called me to discuss which was great, which confirmed this was the model for me. Quick to assemble once unpacked, everything reuqired to assemble is supplied. Lubricant applied under the droplet shaped caps at the bottom, 3 small bottles sent with product, fantastic, this is a huge convenience compared to the other methods of lubricating. Treadmill is powerful, quick to change speeds, and incline. Beep sound when changing settings is loud, might look into if this can be quieted or toggled off somehow as unneeded. For speed change you have quick set speed buttons anyway so this reduces button pressing, brilliant. Running is smooth, the shock absorption is comfortable without being too bouncy, perfect, cerfainly beats concrete. USB is handy, though is a slow charger for phones, and aux in is good, cable supplied, stereo peakers aren’t super loud but can be heard. Folding wise it’s standard halfway up fold, not a full fold, and kick lowering is really smooth, what a great mechanism. I chose this for space saving deck and at 5’11 running mostly around 9kph it’s perfect for me. We had a JTX compact, fully folding, with a 1.5hp motor, that is in my opinion a pointless motor size in terms of power and durability for those who want to run, unless it comes with a 10 year warranty at least and you’re happpy to have it replaced frequently. JTX advised we use the treadmill once a day for no more than half an hour at a time, when asked to send back for a trade in for a better more expensive model they refused to assist us. The experience was incredibly poor and I’m glad they don’t have any products in my house as the motor supplied exploded twice and tripped electrics. I’m happy now to have a machine that perfectly handles a 40 minute session and leaves me feeling like I’ve had a workout. With a 5 year motor warranty, which I’m fairly confident I want need to use, I feel like Branx looks after it’s customers. I’ll update of course if things go wrong but feeling hopeful for the future now with this machine.

Let’s start with delivery. Item was delivered on the earliest day of the delivery 5-day window. They first text came right after purchase, and reminders kept coming until the delivery date. The day of delivery they gave the 2-hr window and the tracking link, where you could see the number of orders driver has, what order he is delivering atm and your place in that order. They only deliver the box, you have to assemble the unit yourself, which is very easy if you follow instructions. After delivery I had a few questions and I contacted the support by phone. Lovely lady responded and called me back with answers the same day.I can’t emphasize this enough, but please read the manual. It is a 40 min read, and I am a slow reader, but it highlights many important matters. Some of the points people make in the comments here are addressed in the manual. For example, there is a slight maybe 0.5 deg angle. Don’t try to fix it by putting things under the treadmill. The unit is designed to be on the flat service. Not adhering to that rule will cause the lubricant to travel under the mat, and mat to shift, among other issues. Others complained about the belt tightness. Manual explains how to maintain the unit and how to tighten the belt and how to move shifted belt. Overall, great engineering, perfect documentation and great support.Overall, the unit is perfect for home use in a tight space by people not taller than 6’2 (190cm) and 275 lbs (125kg). The screen, tray, handrails seem to be perfectly aligned for 5’4-6’0 height I’d say. If you are taller than 6’2, I’d suggest to look into other options. And finally, look into getting a cover for the unit. You have to purchase it separate from their website and it’s under 40 UK pounds, it’s called Energy Pro Cover. It covers the unit only in the operational position (not the parked one), but fits it perfectly. Consider it especially if you plan on putting the unit in the garage, where humidity and dust could affect the performance of the unit. That’s it so far. I will provide more update after I use it for a few weeks

I am weighing 115kg and need a solid treadmill.I was looking for a good and affordable treadmill, the amount of choice available is huge, and when spending a lot of money, you don’t want to get a device that will just take up space.First this product is heavy, which is good, you want a solid treadmill. The assembly is very easy, quick and straightforward. The interface module is very easy to use, just press start and select your speed. No fuss, no complex operating actions. The customer service is amazing, and it’s the best I’ve ever had in any product I bought online or otherwise. They contact you on Whatsapp, and they make sure you get your treadmill and are happy with it.It even came with a bonus spinning wheel you can stand on top, not sure what it is, but that’s an extra for free I didn’t expect and appreciate this kind gesture.Highly recommended.

We bought this to replace our first machine which was another brand but was a bit tired. Delivery was super fast, communication from sellers was excellent . So easy to put together and to move. It runs so well not a squeak or creak so far and had to make no adjustments either. My wife runs early in the morning about sixish and I am in the room next door and can’t hear the machine. Good base to run on, you can see that the springs have been developed well for this machine. There’s plenty room or the belt and easy to clean. Speakers are sufficient and the programs easy to navigate. For this level of investment I have got everything I need plus. when weighing up against more expensive brands currently advertising on tv you should give this a go. It also fit perfectly in our spare room which was a major factor. So pleased we went for this and the whole experience has been perfect. Well done 👍 I used to hate running but I now look forward to getting onto the treadmill and going for it.

The media could not be loaded. So I did loads of research in-fact months of researchI did go by a lot of positive feedback so I feel I need to write mine too to help others!Set up needs two people – most of the time was took up unpacking which was packed so well .. and two to just hold the unit whilst the other did the fighting of the bolts! It was so easy! ( one tip that took a while was looking for the lead to connect under the console.. it was already connected, always worth checking if you find when you switch on it doesn’t work but will save you time to know it’s already connected )Make sure you remove the plastic under the machine ( slightly hidden )But I had it up and running within 20 minsWould of been a lot quicker if we found out on one of the stages the lead was already connected ! LolI walked at speed 5 for 20 mins first then 6o mins after – with no issuesThe incline is smooth to rise and declineThe blue tooth is brilliant to be able to connect to my iPhone – also found out I could turn the volume up the console as I found it quiet until I fiddled ! You can also pause the music forward playback .The programmes on the treadmill I’ve yet to try outIt feels solid the clip makes me feel safe unto shut off .. it’s sturdy.. no wobbles!I am super thrilled!Customer service – I can not praise them enough, called with a choice of delivery dates .. I then emailed to confirm treadmill was coming they confirmed almost straight away . I then heard from the delivery company with a good time slot. Then they called 25 mins before they. Arrived. They bought it into the house and in the room I needed it in. I also r received a free bottle of lubricant .Included with the treadmill was all the tools 3 bottles of lubricant.. and a spinner you can loosen up on before running and after! Extra bonus I didn’t expect! For £499 you simply can not get BetterI have no regrets buying this treadmill compared to others most come from ChinaI will update you after my 50 mile walk for epilepsy after FebruaryUPDATEDone my walk – had no issues I did lubricate the belt which is so easy to do ..no problems still very happy with my purchase .. incline is smooth to raise and go down .. I have a half replacement knee and finding it so smooth to walk / slow run on my feet it doesn’t hurt my knee at all .. infact I’m only building my core muscles up!So still supper happy with it! I also had contact from the sellers to see if I have had any issues! Which you would not get from many other treadmills .. one of the main reason I bought this treadmill .. to have support if anything happens ..

Very solid piece of kit for home use. It’s quite large, despite being compact, and heavy of course. Easy to assemble and very well packed. The delivery people were cheerful and very helpful. It has a couple of bluetooth speakers that will connect to a phone for music, though they’re not particularly powerful. The controls are easy to use and include speed and incline buttons. There are defined programmes too. I use mine solely for brisk walking so the track width is fine but I suspect it might be a little narrow for large people to jog. I ordered a cover from the Branx website to protect it as I have it set up in a corner of my kitchen. So far so good, and I am pleased with it.One thing though: keep an eye on the price. I paid £599 on Amazon and it dropped to £549 on the day of delivery, which was a little irritating.

This treadmill is as expected, ive had no issues with it since buying in december. Its smooth and solid. The only thing i dont like is that the button sound is loud and the speed goes up in decimals (which is good if you want an exact speed) but takes a second to get to the speed you want.

This was bought for my son so he can continue running during the worst of the winter weather. He has an autistic spectrum disorder and lives in a 2nd floor flat. When I explained to the seller that it would be helpful if the treadmill could be delivered to his front door, rather than the door to the building, since he lives alone and wouldn’t be able to get it upstairs by himself, they were only too happy to pass the information on to the delivery company who were very obliging when they arrived. The treadmill itself seems well-built. It is taking a little while for him to adjust to running on it rather than the streets but I’m sure it will serve him well during the dark nights as he often runs after work.
